FAQs

Think of Pilates as your core’s new best friend. It’s a full-body, low-impact workout that builds strength, improves posture, increases flexibility, and makes you feel amazing from the inside out. Every move is intentional—and yes, your abs will thank you later.

Mat Pilates happens on the floor using just your body weight (and maybe a few props),
while Reformer Pilates uses a spring-loaded machine that adds resistance and support. Both are incredible—mat builds foundational strength, and the reformer takes things to the next level with a little more “oomph.”

Our hybrid classes mix classic mat work with reformer-inspired movements or props to give you a creative, challenging workout that’s still rooted in tradition. Great if you want variety but love the fundamentals.

Welcome! Start with our beginner or all-levels classes. Our instructors are pros at
offering options, so you’ll never feel lost (or bored). We’ve got you, whether you’re brand new or coming back after a break.

In most cases, yes! Pilates is super customizable. Let us know what’s going on—we’ll offer safe modifications and might suggest a private session to get started. Always check with your doc first if you’re unsure.

If you’re looking for sculpted muscles, better posture, and a more connected body,
you’re in the right place. While Pilates isn’t about “burning calories fast,” it is amazing for toning, tightening, and boosting overall body confidence.

Literally everyone. Athletes, beginners, new moms, desk workers, folks recovering from
injury—you name it. Whether it’s mat or reformer, Pilates meets you where you are and grows with you.

Keep it comfy and fitted (so we can see your alignment). Grip socks are a must for

reformer classes, and we’ve got mats and props for you. Just bring water, good vibes,
and a willingness to move.

Nope! You don’t need to be a Pilates pro. We’ll walk you through how it works; beginner-friendly options are always available. It might look fancy, but it’s totally beginner-approved.
